Privacy Policy

The short version
There is no account to create and no newsletter to join. We set no cookies and build no profile of you. The only place you can hand us personal data is the contact form, and only if you choose to use it. What follows is the detail.
What we collect ourselves
Nothing that identifies you. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies, without a device fingerprint and without following you between sites. It records the page requested, the referring site, and coarse things like country and browser family. We see aggregate counts; we cannot pick you out of them, and neither can Cloudflare.
Cookies
This site sets none. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. If you see a cookie from us in your browser, something is wrong and we would like to hear about it.
What your browser stores
The flight search remembers nothing between visits. Where the site keeps anything locally — a cached copy of the fare feed, so a second page in the same session does not trigger a second request — it lives in your own browser and never reaches us. Clearing site data removes it.
The contact form
This is the one place on the site that collects personal data, and only because you typed it in. The form submits your name, email address, chosen subject and message to Formspree, which forwards it to us by email and retains a copy in their system under their privacy policy. We use what you send to reply to you and for nothing else — it does not go on a mailing list, because there is no mailing list.
If you would rather not involve a third party, email contact@aitravel.deals directly instead. Ask us to delete a past message at any time and we will, from our mailbox and from Formspree.
Where outbound links take you
Booking links go to Kiwi.com and accommodation links to Stay22, both carrying an affiliate identifier so a completed booking is credited to this site. Following one of those links hands you over to that company, under their privacy policy and their cookies, not ours. We receive aggregate commission reports — how many bookings, on which routes — and never the traveller's name, itinerary or payment details.
Some destination pages also load an interactive hotel map from Stay22. That is a third-party embed: it runs their code and is subject to their policy. It is the only third-party script on the site besides the analytics above.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share personal information — under the CCPA definition of "sell" or any other. We do not run advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or social media trackers. We do not email you, because we have no way to.
Your rights
If you are covered by the CCPA/CPRA, the GDPR or the UK GDPR, you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. Unless you have used the contact form, the answer to the first is "none" — and if you have, it is that message and nothing else. Ask at contact@aitravel.deals and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them — or, as above, from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what happens to your data, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes get a note on the site rather than a silent edit.
